From the Pastor’s Desk

The truth of God’s Word is revealed throughout its context. The Bible it self declares its divine origin, reliability and its transformative power. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 tells us that “16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work”. The Bible is also revered for its truth on both true science and historical accuracy. Throughout today’s message we will discuss these many facts as we look to how God presents His Word to us as a story of love for His creation. In fact, the Bible begins with a sad story of the fall of man and it ends with the total restoration of man. God has recorded all of this and much more in His word so that we might know with assurance where we came from, where we are and where we will be going. God records both the beginning and the end and He has woven this story throughout the entire context through the revelation of His only Son who came to earth in the form of a Man. Thus, this Book, the Bible, is the story of that Man, Jesus, who is both Lord and Savior.
